Return Process

  Log into your Al Aqsa account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
